So here’s how this recipe came about. Lately my husband has been taking over breakfast duty during the week while I wrangle the toddler for school. Normally he makes Kodiak protein waffles, but one day he surprised me with this air fryer pizza. After I got over my shock of having something different in front of me, I said, okay let’s see how he did.
Well, to my surprise, he absolutely nailed it! The pizza dough was crispy and golden brown, the eggs were cooked perfectly, he had crispy bacon as a bottom layer and on top and the mozzarella cheese was melted perfectly. I told him I rated it a 9.8, the only thing that would make it better was some type of sauce just to amplify the flavors. However, on its own, this easy air fryer breakfast pizza recipe was amazing!

HOW TO MAKE BREAKFAST PIZZA
Full recipe details including amounts are listed in the recipe card below.
Heat a small non-stick skillet to medium heat. While the skillet is heating, crack the whole eggs in a small bowl, add the egg whites and whisk together until throughly combined. Once the skillet is heated, scramble the eggs and season with salt and black pepper. Sitr the eggs until completely cooked through. Set aside on a plate.
In a separate medium non-stick skillet, heat to medium high heat. Once heated, pan fry the turkey bacon until crispy. Once the bacon is crispy either cut or crumble into smaller pieces and set aside on a plate.
Now you are ready to assemble the breakfast pizza with the pizza toppings. Lay the flatbread on a cutting board and spread a thin layer of pesto sauce over the bottom. Note that you may have to cut the flatbread to the size of your air fryer to ensure the entire pizza will fit. Top with a layer of the turkey bacon bits, then layer the scrambled eggs. Top the eggs with another layer of crispy bacon and top with the mozzerella cheese.
Spray a piece of foil paper with cooking spray and place the pizza on top. Put the pizza in the air fryer on 350 degrees for approximately 4-5 minutes. Cook until the cheese has melted and is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove the air fryer breakfast pizza from the air fryer and top with a sprinkle of dried basil and red pepper flakes.
MAKING MINI PIZZAS
If you wanted to make mini breakfast pizzas instead, I would use the individual whole wheat naan bread as the base for the personal pizzas. The remaining steps would be the same to build and assemble the pizza.
