WHY GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT
If you’ve spent any time on my blog you know my claim to fame is simple and healthy recipes that are macro friendly. I realize that should not only apply to any meal prep recipe, but also being able to enjoy the occasional sweet treat as well.
Insert this strawberry banana greek yogurt parfait. This take on a parfait is great substitute for the real thing and can be just as fulfilling. Greek yogurt is a great replacement for traditional ice cream as it’s lower in calories per serving and has the added bonus of extra protein. For this recipe I used Chobani’s strawberry greek yogurt. For an easy swap, you can use plain greek yogurt which has a higher protein count per serving and less sugar as well.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THIS RECIPE
Since it’s Valentines and this is such an easy treat to make, I decided to combine strawberries and bananas. Strawberries, when in season, can definitely pack a sweet punch. Layering it with bananas adds to the sweetness and overall flavor.

- Strawberry greek yogurt
- 4 sliced strawberries
- ½ Banana sliced
- ⅓ cup granola
- 1 tsp grated white chocolate
- Red sprinkles for topping

HOW LONG CAN I STORE THIS PARFAIT
Yes, you can make this parfait ahead of time and store it in the fridge overnight. Personally, I would only store for a day or two so as not to allow the granola to get soggy. However, if you are making these ahead of time, you can always opt to add the granola last with your final toppings.
HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY BANANA GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT
In a tall glass or jar, layer half of your greek yogurt
Next top with half of your granola
Layer your strawberries and bananas on top
Repeat this layering process one more time, reserving a dollop of greek yogurt.
Lastly, place the last spoonful of yogurt on top of the bananas and top with extra strawberries (heart shape optional) and grate your white chocolate on top.
Can top with sprinkles if desired.

- 1/4 Banana sliced
- 1/3 cup Granola
- 1 tsp White chocolate grated
- 1/2 tsp Red sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large glass or jar, layer half of your greek yogurt
- Next top with half of your granola
- Layer your sliced strawberries and bananas on top
- Repeat this layering process one more time reserving a dollop of greek yogurt
- Lastly, place the last spoonful of greek yogurt on top, and top with extra strawberries (heart shape optional)
- Grate a piece of white chocolate on top and sprinkle with red sprinkles
