I’ve always loved a yogurt even as a child. It was something about that tangy sweet goodness that won me over. It seems I may have passed my love for my go-to snack on to my daughter because she always asks me to make her a yogurt and fruit bowl for one of her snacks. This healthy high protein greek yogurt parfait is sure to be a hit with your littles (and big kids) alike. Did someone say healthy dessert? As an added bonus, it can also curb your sweet tooth too due to it’s natural sweetness!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

For this easy greek yogurt parfait, there are only a handful of ingredients you will need to make this delicious breakfast:
- Greek yogurt: the type of yogurt you use is up to you. I used vanilla greek yogurt however you can use plain greek yogurt, plain yogurt, regular yogurt or any flavored yogurt you prefer. As an alternative, you can also use Ratio vanilla yogurt which has a higher protein count than most yogurts due to added whey protein.
- Fresh Berries: choose any fresh berries or fresh fruit you like I used sweet berries like raspberries, blackberries and blueberries
- Granola: crunchy granola adds some texture the the creamy greek yogurt. Again you can use any variety you prefer or you can make some crunchy homemade granola.
- Walnuts: for some added crunch I topped the yogurt fruit parfait with some chopped walnuts
