Easy Peanut butter balls are one of my favorite snacks to prep. They are such a convenient way to get some hearty protein, healthy fats and whole grains. Once you make these once, I promise you will fall in love with them too.

Peanut butter balls are so delicious and easy to make. I always whip up a big batch of these and store them in the fridge for a week for easy snacking. This is also an activity that the kids can get involved in and help make as well.
WHAT ARE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Peanut butter balls are handheld bites that are perfect for snacking. The base starts with one of those good fats, creamy peanut butter. One of the best things about these bites is that it is sure to curb any sweet tooth. A good balance of salty with a hint of sweet makes enjoyable any time of the day.

WHAT INGREDIENTS WILL I NEED
The base ingredients are really simple and you will most likely have most, if not all of these in your pantry already:
- Creamy peanut butter
- Old fashioned oats
- Ground flax seeds
- Honey
- Chocolate chips

CAN I USE DIFFERENT MIX-INS
This is what I love about these snackers. You can choose to make these in a variety of flavors. I’m usually pretty simple so my mix-in of coice is usually dark choclate. However, don’t limit yourself, here are a few other options to consider:
- Cranberry – almond
- Chocolate chip – coconut
- Dried banana – white chocolate
Feel free to experiment with different flavor combinations to find the ones you enjoy!
HOW TO MAKE EASY PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly to combine. Once combined, refrigerate (or freeze) for about 10 minutes so that mixture is solid.
Remove from the fridge and begin to form/roll into balls. Roughly using 1 tbsp per ball mixture.
Once you’ve rolled all of the balls, enjoy or refrigerate for up to a week.
