Easy Peanut Butter Balls

Easy peanut butter balls are a quick and easy snack. Perfectly balanced sweet and salty snack and can curb any sweet tooth.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Old Fashion Oats
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Flax seed ground
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • Once all ingredients are combined, refrigerate or freeze for about 10 minutes until the mixture is solid
  • Remove from the fridge and begin to form into balls. Use about 1 tbsp of mixture per ball
  • Once you've rolled all the balls, enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 1 week

Notes

This is a great base recipe to use however you can make different variations by using different mix-ins. You can add:
dried fruit - cranberries, bananas etc. 
coconut flakes
nuts
