In a medium bowl, combine turkey, spices, garlic and Worcestershire sauce and mix until throughly combined. Once combined, portion out about 2 tbsp of meat mixture and form into turkey patties. Continue making the turkey patties with the remainder of the meat mixture. Once done, set aside on plate or parchment lined baking sheet.
Heat a large griddle or large skillet to medium heat and spray with a high cooking oil spray like avocado oil.
