How to Make Air Fryer Pizza
Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat and spray with cooking spray
While the pan is heating, prep your ingredients by chopping the bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and spinach. Once the pan is heated, add the chopped ingredients to the pan and sauté until the peppers are soft and spinach has wilted. Remove from heat
On a cutting board, cut the french loaf in half lengthwise down the middle. Scoop out some of the bread so that the ingredients have a place to go
Next, spread some of the pizza sauce on the bread, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and black pepper
Add the pepperoni slices, then scoop the spinach mushroom mixture on top of the pepperoni. Top with the shredded cheese
Cooking Instructions
Place pizza in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry on 375 degrees f for 6-7 minutes or until the bread is crusty and the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
Remove from air fryer and allow to cool.
Note that cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your bread.
