First, gather all of your main ingredients including the salmon cubes, sliced onions, bell peppers and vegetables
To prep your fresh salmon filet, de-skin the salmon and slice into medium size cubes or chunks
Place the chunks in a medium mixing bowl and season with 1 tsp of old bay, set aside
Next heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add 1 teaspoons sesame oil
Once the oil is heated, add your salmon pieces and sear on all sides. Once salmon is seared, remove from the pan and add remaining oil
Place your onions and bell peppers in the pan and gently pan fry the vegetables until they begin to soften or around 2 - 3 minutes
Once the vegetables are softened, combine salmon with the vegetables and add the stir fry vegetables to the pan.
Add your marinade sauce to the pan and allow to thicken
Optional, a delicious way to top this dish is by sprinkling sesame seeds and green onions on top
