Ingredients

Salmon Stir Fry

  • 1 lb Salmon cubed
  • 1/2 cup Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 2 cups Stir fry vegetables fresh or frozen

Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1/4 tsp Corn Starch
  • 2 tsp Water

Instructions

Teriyaki Sauce

  • In a small bowl you will want to combine all ingredients except the water and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly to combine
  • Once combined, in a separate bowl mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry
  • Once that is combined mix well with the sauce and set aside

Salmon Stir Fry

  • First, gather all of your main ingredients including the salmon cubes, sliced onions, bell peppers and vegetables
  • To prep your fresh salmon filet, de-skin the salmon and slice into medium size cubes or chunks
  • Place the chunks in a medium mixing bowl and season with 1 tsp of old bay, set aside
  • Next heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add 1 teaspoons sesame oil
  • Once the oil is heated, add your salmon pieces and sear on all sides. Once salmon is seared, remove from the pan and add remaining oil
  • Place your onions and bell peppers in the pan and gently pan fry the vegetables until they begin to soften or around 2 - 3 minutes
  • Once the vegetables are softened, combine salmon with the vegetables and add the stir fry vegetables to the pan.
  • Add your marinade sauce to the pan and allow to thicken
  • Optional, a delicious way to top this dish is by sprinkling sesame seeds and green onions on top
