Panera Inspired Turkey Club Sandwich
Panera made me do it. They inspired this Roasted turkey and avocado BLT sandwich. Easy to make and just as easily devoured.

- 4 slices 100% Whole Wheat bread
- 2 slices Turkey bacon
- 6 slices Roasted Turkey
- 1 handful Lettuce
- 2 slices Tomato
- 1/2 Avocado sliced or mashed
- 2 tbsp Low fat mayo
On a large cutting board or surface, lay out your bread slices
Spread a thin layer of mayo on one side of the bread. On the other side of the bread, spread 1/4 of your avocado.
Next, on either side of the bread, layer your sliced turkey breast, turkey bacon, lettuce and tomato.
Top your sandwich with the other side of the bread.
