Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat and add 1tsp of butter or butter substitute and let melt.
While the pan is heating, crack eggs plus egg whites and chives in a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
In the nonstick skillet, toast the inside of the buns, once toasted layer with thin sliced Swiss cheese.
Add an additional 1 tsp of butter to the pan and then add your eggs. Slowly stir eggs until they are scrambled and cooked through and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the eggs onto the inside of the bun.
Pan fry the turkey bacon until crispy on both sides and layer on top of the eggs.
