Pre heat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients including the old fashion oats, protein powder, and sugar and whisk to combine. Next add the chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Give it a quick stir to incorporate into the mix.
Next, heat the almond butter in the microwave on low for approximately 40 seconds or until it is a smooth consistency. Add the almond butter to the dry ingredients. Lastly in a separate bowl, mash the bananas until they are smooth and add to the dry mixture.
Mix until the bananas are well mixed into the cookie dough. On a cookie sheet, place a piece of parchment paper on the baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Next take approximately 2 tablespoons of the cookie dough or use a small cookie scoop and form the dough into a cookie shape. Repeat this process until all the dough is used. Should make about 6 - 8 cookies.
Bake cookies in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they cookies are golden brown on the outside but still have a chewy texture on the inside.
Remove from oven and let cool on a cooling rack for 2-3 minutes.
