Chicken Teriyaki Meal Prep

Chicken teriyaki meal prep is always one of my go to recipes. This one can't get any easier as I used a few shortcuts to make this dish a no fuss meal.

Equipment

  • 1 Slow Cooker or Instapot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 pkg Campbell's Oven Sauces
  • 1 cup Mixed Peppers sliced or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Red onions sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic diced
  • 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a slow cooker, spray your container with a bit of spray pam.
  • Add your chicken breast, garlic, chili garlic sauce, peppers and 1/2 of the teriyaki marinade. Reserve the rest for later.
  • Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook for 3 - 4 hours.
  • Once the chicken is cooked through, pull the chicken breast out and shred using two forks. Return to the slow cooker and stir with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
  • For saucy chicken, let soak for another 20 - 30 minutes.
