Chicken teriyaki meal prep is always one of my go to recipes. This one can't get any easier as I used a few shortcuts to make this dish a no fuss meal.
In a slow cooker, spray your container with a bit of spray pam.
Add your chicken breast, garlic, chili garlic sauce, peppers and 1/2 of the teriyaki marinade. Reserve the rest for later.
Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook for 3 - 4 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked through, pull the chicken breast out and shred using two forks. Return to the slow cooker and stir with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
For saucy chicken, let soak for another 20 - 30 minutes.
