- 1 cup Ice
- 1/2 cup Kiwi approx. 2 kiwi's
- 1/2 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt plain or flavored
- 2/3 cup Almond Milk sweetened or unsweetened
Place the ice, strawberries and kiwi at the bottom of the blender.
Next add the greek yogurt, protein powder (if using) and milk of choice.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
If using frozen strawberries, omit the 1 cup of ice.
