Add beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
Pour in broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
Cook on Low 8 hours or High 4–5 hours.
Stir in cornstarch slurry and peas during the last 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
