Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole wheat tortilla or flour tortilla
  • 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese
  • 2 slices Deli turkey
  • Handful of spinach about 1/4 cup

Instructions
 

  • Lay out the tortilla – Place a whole wheat tortilla on a cutting board.
  • Spread the cheese – Evenly spread the Laughing Cow cheese over the entire surface of the tortilla. This creamy spread helps everything stick together.
  • Layer the turkey and spinach – Place the slices of turkey and a handful of fresh spinach on top of the cheese.
  • Roll it up tightly – Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla firmly into a log shape.
  • Slice into pinwheels – Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  • Store or serve – Place the pinwheels in an airtight container if saving for later or serve immediately.
