  • 1 Smoothie cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein
  • 10 oz Almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1 md Banana frozen
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dash Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Gather all of your ingredients. Place them all in the blender and blend until smooth. Generally for about 30 - 40 seconds.
