Instructions
Place tortilla on a cutting board or flat surface.
Spread the peanut butter evenly over the tortilla, making sure to cover the surface. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the peanut butter.
Place the banana at one end of the tortilla. Roll it up tightly until fully wrapped. Slice into bite sized pieces.
Optional to top with a drizzle of melted chocolate and chopped walnuts
