Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Apple cored
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 cup Almond Milk or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Cinnamon Cereal Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Oats Old fashion or Steel cut
  • 1/4 cup Ice

Optional Toppings

  • 1 Scoop Whipped Cream Sugar Free
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Graham Cracker Crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Put all of your ingredients including the apple slices, banana, oats, protein powder, almond milk and ice cubes in a high-speed blender. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a large glass or container.
