Equipment

  • 1 Large bowl
  • 1 Sheet Pan
  • 1 Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp Bbq sauce

BBQ Sauce Mixture

  • 1.5 cups BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the ground meat, spice blend and bbq sauce. Mix together thoroughly until the spices and bbq sauce is completely incorporated into the meat mixture.
  • Once incorporated, take about 1.5 tbsp of meat mixture and form them into small balls and place onto a prepared baking sheet. Repeat this process until all the meat mixture is done. Will make approximately 14-15 meatballs.
  • Place in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the internal temperature is 160 degrees.
  • While the meatballs are baking, pour the bbq sauce and water in a medium skillet on medium heat. Once done, remove the meatballs and transfer to the skillet and spoon the bbq sauce over to top.
