Ingredients
  

  • 1 Multigrain English muffin toasted
  • 1 Grilled chicken breast
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 1 slice of American cheese or cheese of choice

Instructions
 

  • Toast your English muffin until golden and crisp.
  • Use a thin sliced pre-cooked chicken breast
  • In a nonstick pan, cook your egg whites until set but still soft.
  • Assemble your sandwich: place the chicken on the bottom half of the toasted english muffin, then add egg whites, slice of cheese, and top with the other half of the muffin.
  • Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
