- 2 cups Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken
- 2 Whole wheat burger buns toasted
- 1 cup Coleslaw mix store-bought or homemade
- 2 tbsp Light mayo or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Ranch seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Reheat your slow cooker BBQ chicken in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warm.
In a small bowl, mix coleslaw, ranch seasoning, mayo, and apple cider vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Layer a small dollop of BBQ sauce, top with pulled BBQ chicken, slaw and optional pickles or onion.
