Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken
  • 2 Whole wheat burger buns toasted
  • 1 cup Coleslaw mix store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp Light mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional

  • Sliced pickles
  • Red onions

Instructions
 

  • Reheat your slow cooker BBQ chicken in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warm.
  • In a small bowl, mix coleslaw, ranch seasoning, mayo, and apple cider vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Layer a small dollop of BBQ sauce, top with pulled BBQ chicken, slaw and optional pickles or onion.
  • Enjoy immediately or wrap up for a grab-and-go lunch!
