  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Whole eggs
  • 1 Egg white 3 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Mixed peppers
  • 1 tbsp Red onions
  • 2 tbsp Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Feta Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat air fryer for 2 minutes on 375 degrees f.
  • In a large bowl, crack eggs and add the egg whites. Whisk throughly until the eggs are well mixed. Set aside.
  • On a large cutting board, chop all of your fresh vegetables into small pieces. Add to the egg mixture and whisk again until combined.
  • Spray an individual ramekin with nonstick cooking spray and pour the egg mixture into the baking dish.
  • Place in the pre-heated air fryer and cook at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until eggs are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  • Top with desired toppings like feta cheese, avocado and salsa.

Notes

The exact time can vary based on the thickness of the frittata and the type of air fryer you’re using. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick or knife into the center—if it comes out clean, the frittata is ready.
